Summary Explanation/Background:
Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) has assisted the City of Pompano Beach (the “City”) over the past twelve years with various initiatives, strategically developing its parking enterprise program, as well as assisting with property redevelopment and public private partnership initiatives. Given RMA’s extensive experience and intimate familiarity with the City’s development landscape and strategic planning objectives and initiatives, staff recommends continuity of services. The monthly amount proposed of $26,000/month represents no increase from the current contract rate.
