1. This project is being reviewed as a Major Site Plan with Building Design.
2. The setback called out on the site plan drawing for the north guardhouse was corrected on sheet 12 MSP1.1 to 14' but not corrected on the master plan sheet 11 MSP1.0. Update the master plan sheet with the correct north setback for the N guardhouse.
3. Provide an 11x17 material board with physical material samples prior to submitting for the AAC. On this material board include a sample of the perforated metal screen proposed to screen the busses.
4. Note: a condition of approval will be to maintain a minimum of 20% pervious area including any future development of this site.
5. Condition of approval: Any project proposing phased work, the owner/contractor shall install all required site landscaping (perimeters, buffers, parking area landscaping, etc.) prior to issuance of the first Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and/or Certificate of Occupancy.
