A venue, Pompano Beach as identified by the following folio numbers: 48-42-34-00-1010, 48-42-34-00-1011, 48-42-34-00-1001, and 48-42-34-00-1000 ("Property"). Currently the site has no other viable means of wastewater discharge from the site. The enclosed agreement shall aid the developer in procuring the necessary off-site permit to construct the sewer main and pursue complete site construction.
The legal instrument indemnifies the City; identifies the asset as private and puts measures in place to address typical and unusual field conditions should they arise. The agreement also runs with the property and shall be binding upon any future heirs while indicating that the City's role is that of a proxy and not the owner.
