Summary Explanation/Background:

The City of Pompano Beach (City) is requesting approval of a new License Agreement between the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the for exterior wall space located at 731 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. for the City to continue to maintain the three (3) mosaics installed on the exterior of the building to replace the original License Agreement which was entered into on October 29, 2018. The new License Agreement is for a ten (10) year term.
