summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

The parties originally entered into a three-year License Agreement, approved by City Resolution No. 2023-198, for the Licensee to provide multiple water programs for adults and youth ages five through seventeen. The agreement provided for two additional one-year renewal periods upon mutual agreement of the parties.

The City and the Licensee have mutually agreed to extend the original agreement for one additional one-year period, amend certain terms and conditions, and replace Exhibits A and C.

The First Amendment will extend the agreement for an additional one-year term and will expire on July 26, 2027.

The Licensee will pay the City a monthly fee of $1,250 for use of the space for both youth and adult programs.
