The agent, Tara-Lynn Patton of Planning and Entitlements, Inc. on behalf of AASEA8, LLC. is requesting approval of the GIGI’S Plat for property located on the northwest corner of NW 15th Court and Andrews Avenue Extension. The site area is 2.6 acres in size. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 23 garden apartment units. The subject property consists of two parcels, which are currently vacant. The Property has a land use designation of Low-Medium Residential and is Zoned RM-12 (Multi-Family Residential).
