Summary Explanation/Background:
The original agreement with Xpress Youth Development Institute, Inc. to provide and promote youth track and field coaching and instruction for participants ages five through seventeen at Mitchell/Moore Park was approved by City Resolution No. 2023-225.
At this time, both parties have mutually agreed to extend the original agreement for one additional one-year term, ending September 27, 2027, amend certain terms and conditions, and replace Exhibits “A,” “B,” and “C.”
