Summary Explanation/Background:
Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) has assisted the City of Pompano Beach (the “City”) over the past eleven years with various initiatives, strategically developing its parking enterprise program, as well as assisting with property development and public private partnership initiatives. Given RMA’s intimate familiarity with the City’s development landscape and strategic planning objectives and initiatives, staff recommends continuity of services. This contract will have a not to exceed amount and will be administered by the City Manager or his designee.
