Summary Explanation/Background:

Authorization to award ITB26-001 REBID, South Riverside Drive and Atlantic Boulevard Stormwater Improvements, to ENCO, LLC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $4,797,170.00. This is a State Revolving Fund (SRF) project. This project was identified in the City’s Stormwater Master Plan as Study Area 13 - Atlantic Boulevard and South Riverside Drive. The project includes stormwater swales, a pump station, drainage piping and structures, dewatering, roadway and driveway restoration, landscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, and signage to improve flood protection and water quality. The project requires substantial completion within 270 calendar days and final completion within 300 calendar days.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: $4,797,100.00. This is a State Revolving Fund (SRF) project. Acct # 426-7629-538.65-12
