This plat note was amended to restrict to a service station with 18 fuel positions and a convenience store. A new amendment application has been processed through the City (PZ25-14000004) to provide a note that states: THIS PLAT IS RESTRICTED TO A 10,000 SQUARE-FOOT AUTOMATED CAR WASH.
