Summary Explanation/Background:

The following Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement with Xpress Youth Development Institute, Inc. will be in effect during fiscal year 2017 to provide financial and programmatic accountability for expenditure of City funds.  The Agreement is for a period of one (1) year and the funding level of $3,000 was approved on September 19, 2016 with adoption of the FY 2017 budget.

 

Xpress Youth Development Institute, Inc. will provide mentoring and guidance programs for the youth.  Approximately 80 residents of the City will be served.
