Summary Explanation/Background:

The license agreement is for the South Florida Water Polo Foundation, Inc. to provide a youth water polo program at the Aquatic Center with the Houston/Sworn Aquatic Center being an alternative location.  The licensee shall pay the City on a quarterly basis a fee of 10% of the revenue from each non-resident participant as compensation for the use of the City’s Aquatic Facilities.  The licensee will pay fees for events as outlined in Exhibit A of the license agreement.  The term of the agreement is for five years.  If the City determines the licensee to be in full compliance with the agreement, then the city shall have the option to renew the agreement for an additional one period of five years.
