Summary Explanation/Background:
We expect greater demand from the general public for this property over the next year as further retail comes online in the area over the next few months. This lot will also be instrumental as a park and ride location for our Micro Transit service to move area workers, residents and visitors to their final destination on the barrier island. The License Fee paid to Licensor shall remain at forty percent (40%) of gross revenue generated on this property excluding federal, state and local or similar taxes. There have been no permanent improvements to this lot and payment from the parking public will be accomplished via our current parking app providers Pay by Phone and Passport Parking with an appropriate number of clearly visible signs at the entrance to the parking lot.
