Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement with T-Dogg’s Bigg Dreams Charity Foundation, Inc. is to utilize Community Park and the Amphitheater to conduct a Fall Festival on an agreed upon date in November 2023, November 2024 and November 2025. The agreement will commence upon execution by both parties and end after the November 2025 event and may not be renewed or otherwise extended. The licensee shall provide the City with an event deposit of $5,000, three months prior to the event and pay a venue rental fee $4,500 per event.
