Summary Explanation/Background:
The term of the agreement is for one year, with the option to renew the agreement for an additional two periods of one year upon the written consent of both parties. Under the license agreement Living Water Surf School LLC will provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals for youth ages 5-16, at North Ocean Park. The camp will be held June 5 - August 25, with Living Water LLC paying the City $4,500 as compensation for the use of the City’s property and services.
