To enter into an agreement for professional consulting services with Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA). RMA has been and will continue to be an integral part of the City’s development and redevelopment initiatives, providing guidance and expertise in various areas. The firm serves as a liaison as directed on real estate and public-private partnerships (P3s), parking management, special projects, and business attraction, including interfacing with key City departments. The firm’s continued expertise will be critical in the City’s implementation of its Downtown vision over the next years.
