Summary Explanation/Background:
The resolution is to approve entering into a Service Instructor’s License Agreement with the Crockett Foundation Inc. (RFP 25-06 - Awarded Bidder $75,000 Service Contract). The licensee will provide Education E-Sports Tournaments and a Technology-Focused Coding Program at the Rec Tech Center located at Mitchell/Moore Park. The agreement is for a term of one year. If the City determines the Licensee is in full compliance with the agreement, the City shall have the option to renew the agreement for four (4) additional one-year terms.
