This agreement with Paya, Inc (Paya) for merchant payment card processing is to replace the current payment processor (Click2Gov) which is approaching the end of its useful life.
Paya provides a more secure Online and EMV terminal payment solution that eliminates the need for multiple terminals per work station.
The move to Paya Connect supports touchless EMV terminal payments (over the counter payments) for the following applications; Utility Billing, Business Tax Receipts, Building Permits and Planning & Zoning; as well as Online Payments for Utility Billing, Business Tax Receipts, Building Permits and Planning & Zoning.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: Estimated $330,000 annually allocated to various accounts based on actual activity. Estimated credit card processing fees are based on current volume of credit card transactions.
