The existing Public Safety Complex located at 120 SW 3rd. St. Pompano Beach, Fl. 33060, is a 13-acre site inclusive of a plat note restriction, which limits future development. Because this site is currently in the process of redevelopment to construct a new Emergency Operations Center, the plat note has been amended and approved by Broward County to maximize the development of the site. Broward County requires the City of Pompano Beach to enter into a plat note agreement to finalize the approval process.
