Summary Explanation/Background:
Previous Commission action approved the ranking of eight proposals under RLI solicitation E-07-22, in which three of the eight proposals were selected to enter into contracts with (attached). The types of projects to be undertaken may include, but are not limited to assessments, designs and permitting for bridges, seawalls, docks, piers, jetties, stormwater outfalls, and canal dredging. Marine Engineering is a specialized discipline and having these contracts in place will complement our other professional continuing contracts we have.
