Summary Explanation/Background:

The licensee formally converted the Corporation to a Florida Limited Liability Company and is requesting the City provide an assignment and transfer to licensee all rights and obligations provided for in the original agreement.  The licensee and the City have mutually agreed to amend certain terms and to include additional provisions to the original agreement as outlined in the First Amendment Agreement. The term of the original agreement ends on February 25, 2024; however, the agreement has a renewal option to renew for an additional two periods of one year upon written consent of both the City and Licensee.
