Summary Explanation/Background:

The license agreement with Embracing Team, Inc. is for the use of the Mitchell/Moore Annex Building to provide free youth and adult services focusing on the multi-cultural arts.  The city issued Request For Proposals L-30-16 for Youth and Senior Multi-Cultural Arts Services and the RFP was opened on April 28, 2016, with Embracing Team, Inc. as the only response to the RFP.  The license agreement is for three years, with an option of two one-year renewals.
