Summary Explanation/Background:
The City is applying for additional CDBG-CV funding. These funds are administered by the State and required the City to submit a pre-application by March 15, 2021. As part of the pre-application process we were required to submit a copy of the City’s approved LEP. In order to meet the pre-application deadline, OHUI requested expedited approval of the LEP. In addition, the LEP certifies that the City is taking reasonable steps to ensure the meaningful access to their programs and activities by LEP persons.
