summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

Gold Coast Plat Property Owners Association, Inc., is responsible for remediating the lake adjacent to NW 15th Ave just west of Andrews Ave, per County mandate.  This lake serves as a master drainage site for seven private properties and the County.  Part of the work will involve upgrading an existing drainage pipe that will connect this lake to a retention area on the east side of Andrews Avenue and adding new drainage.  Consequently, this drainage will be installed within City right-of-way along NW 15th Ave.  As such, the attached revocable license agreement is required to be entered into.
