Summary Explanation/Background:
The adopted amended fee structure in Chapter 98 substantially and materially affected the fee structure for the Dania Pier Management Corp. Agreement making the agreement untenable thus necessitating the recension of Agreement 2020-103. Staff will be bringing back a new Agreement with Dania Pier Management Corp. in the next 6 months while accurate empirical data is collected and terms and conditions are fairly, equitably and mutually agreed upon.
