Summary Explanation/Background:

The Reinstatement and Project Agreement Amendment allows the city to extend the terms of the original project agreement (Resolution 2015-45) term for a period of one year, ending on September 30, 2017.  The Florida Inland Navigation District’s Board of Commissioners has approved our requested time extension to complete the Alsdorf Park Improvements Phase II, Waterways Assistance Project #BR-PB-14-110. 

 

Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts staff will work closely with staff from the Engineering Department and contractors to ensure the Waterways Assistance Project is completed on or before September 30, 2017 and ensure the city submits final closeout paperwork to complete the project.
