Summary Explanation/Background:

The second amendment agreement provides for mutually agreed terms and conditions found in Exhibit A - Scope of Authorization and extends the term of the original agreement for one additional year.  Under the license agreement Hola Mundo!, LLC will provide a bilingual outdoor summer camp for youth, ages 4 - 13, at the main public beach. The camp will be held from June 13 - August 5, 2022, with Hola Mundo!, LLC paying the City $3,000 as compensation for the use of the main public beach.
