Summary Explanation/Background:

The property owner, Waste Management Inc. of Florida is selling the subject property to Bridge Development Partners, LLC, who wish to amend the plat note on the Delta Plat. The developer wants build a Class A Industrial Warehouse/Distribution and Logistics Center and therefore is requesting the note amendment.  The existing note currently reads “This plat is restricted to 182,930 square feet of Industrial use (22,930 square feet existing and 160,000 square feet proposed).” The proposed note would read, “This plat is restricted to 572,930 square feet of Industrial use (22,930 square feet existing and 550,000 square feet proposed), and 20,000 square feet of Commercial use.” (Therefore the plat would allow for an additional 390,000 square feet.)  Staff has no objections to the change.
