This is a request to abandon a 7-foot utility easement and a 5-foot utility easement by the Applicant's agent, Mike Amodio of Keith, for the property at 2400 East Atlantic Boulevard.
The subject property is currently in the permitting process for site work to remove all existing infrastructure from the easements to be abandoned and otherwise prepare the site for development. The property is planned to be developed as a mixed-use project which received Major Site Plan approval via Development Order #25-12000001. As a condition of the Development Order, all existing easements that are in conflict with the proposed development must be abandoned including the subject 7-foot and the 5-foot utility easements. There are four other easements on site which were created by private agreement between the owner and FPL. The termination of those easement agreements will be coordinated separately.
