summary
Summary Explanation/Background:
As part of the Southeast Florida Governmental Purchasing Co-Operative Group, five member cities (Pompano Beach, Tamarac, Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek and Coral Springs) joined in an agreement to handle household hazardous waste (HHW) materials collection and disposal services. Residents from the member cities could take materials to any of the event locations scheduled throughout the year. Each member city would then be responsible for the costs of usage from their residents. This agreement allows for the appropriation of those costs. This first amendment adds Lauderdale Lakes as one of the member cities participating in the HHW agreement.
