Summary Explanation/Background:

Bid L-24-16 was issued for the Utilities Department to establish an annual contract for cured-in-place rehabilitation of sanitary sewer and storm drainage pipes as needed throughout the City of Pompano Beach. Bid. The City Commission  awarded this contract to Insituform Technologies LLC,  at the July 26th meeting. This ordinance will allow for the automatic annual renewal of the contract for 2 (two) additional years.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: As needed from budgeted funds in account 420-7248-535.65-12 / CIP 04-870 Reline Gravity Wastewater Mains.
