The proposed text amendment is a companion item to the proposed increase of ZBA regular membership from five to six members. The text amendment proposes to increase the required concurring vote from four to five ZBA members in order to grant a Special Exception, Variance, or Appeal reversing or modifying a decision. This item was unanimously recommended at the December 21, 2016 Planning and Zoning Board Hearing.
