RLI E-01-18 was issued to obtain responses from professional firms to provide continuing services to the City for engineering and project management services for the undergrounding of utilities on an as needed basis for various City projects for which the construction cost will not exceed $2 million, and for any study activity for which fees will not exceed $200,000. City Commission approval of the ranking order presented by the Selection/Evaluation Committee is requested, and authorization is requested for appropriate City staff to negotiate contracts with the two highest-ranked firms as detailed above. Further authorization is requested to continue with the succeeding ranked firms should an impasse occur in the negotiations with the recommended firms.
