Summary Explanation/Background:
This contract between the City and Dude Solutions will accomplish a city-wide facilities assessment with a scope of 81 facilities (455,000 square feet). This assessment will establish an equipment inventory for each facility with accompanying preventive maintenance schedules, current condition of facility, and forecasted capital improvement projects to maintain the facilities. All collected data will be incorporated into our existing, active work order management to ensure the assessment will be an interactive tool to effectively maintain city facilities instead of some document that resides on a shelf.
