Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a second extension agreement between the City and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 34, for a sublease agreement of a portion of the parcel currently leased by the City from Florida Inland Navigation District, commonly known as Alsdorf Park. They will use the property for the purpose of conducting boating safety classes, public education, member training and other activities in support of the missions and operation of the United States Coast Guard.  The term of the agreement is for 5 years to coincide with the City’s agreement with FIND.
