Summary Explanation/Background:

The ordinance is the first amendment to the license agreement with DiMaria Frank Properties, Inc., formerly known as DiMaria Properties, LLC to operate a kiosk located at Beach front Park.  The first amendment extends the original agreement (Ordinance 2013-52) for an additional five year term; amends certain terms and conditions, and includes additional provisions to the original agreement.  The annual rent for the premises shall be thirty three thousand dollars ($33,000.00) or twelve percent (12 %) of gross annual sales, whichever is greater, plus any sales tax.
