Summary Explanation/Background:
The service contract is for DRC Emergency Services, LLC to provide post disaster emergency catering services per RFP E-09-18. The term of the contract is for five years or less. If the City determines the contractor to be in full compliance with this agreement the agreement may be renewed for an additional two five year terms upon City Commission approval. The cost of this agreement will be based off per meal served and this service is in alignment with FEMA reimbursement guidelines.
