The attached memo provides information regarding the Evans Family’s contributions to the City of Pompano Beach Community, justifying why NW 3rd Terrace should be dual named as “Evans Terrace”. The dual naming of the road is bound by NW 3rd Way on the south and NW 16th Street on the north. If the City Commission decides to dual name NW 3rd Terrace a resolution will be presented at a following meeting to formalize the change.
