RFQ P-54-18 was issued to establish a contract to provide Architectural Design Services to the City for the Fire/Emergency Operation Center. The intent of this RFQ, through a competitive process pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), is to select the most qualified firm based on ranking. City Commission approval of the ranking order presented by the Selection/Evaluation Committee is requested, and authorization is requested for appropriate City staff to negotiate a contract with the highest-ranked firm, Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC. Further authorization is requested to continue negotiations with the succeeding ranked firm should an impasse occur in the negotiations with the recommended firm. The General Services Department conducted outreach to fifteen (15) local Pompano Beach Architectural firms to inform them of the solicitation.
