Summary Explanation/Background:
At a previous Commission action, the ranking order for RLI E-11-18 titled “Continuing Contract for Electrical Engineering Services for Various City Projects” was approved. There were eight (8) submittals and the top two (2) firms were shortlisted.
This Item is to enter into Professional Consultant Agreements with the two (2) shortlisted firms, Hillers Electrical Engineering, Inc. and SGM Engineering, Inc., for potential future electrical studies and/or designs. Both Agreements are the same with the exception of Exhibit B which is the fee schedule.
