Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement is between the City and Proserve Concepts, Inc. to prove provide Head Tennis Professional services at the Pompano Beach Tennis Center. The license agreement is for a term of five years, with the option to renew the agreement for an additional two periods of one year. Proserve Concepts, Inc. responded to RFP P-38-18 Head Tennis Professional at Pompano Beach Tennis Center.

The City shall receive twenty percent (20%) and the licensee shall receive eighty percent of the gross revenues generated from all tennis leagues, tournaments, lessons, socials, member relations and junior camps. The City shall receive ten percent (10%) and licensee shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the gross revenues generated from Pro Shop goods and merchandise. The City will retain all of the revenue from facility memberships, daily fees for non-members to use the facility and vending income of beverages and food items available at the facility.
