Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement is the first amendment to the agreement approved via Resolution 2018-113 to allow Holy Cross Hospital, Inc. to use the City’s Aquatic Center and Houston/Sworn Aquatic Center to provide aquatic therapy to outpatients. The term of this agreement shall be for one year starting April 3, 2019 and ending April 2, 2020. If performance is satisfactory, with City Commission approval the agreement maybe renewed for an additional one year upon the written consent of both parties. The program time shall begin no earlier than 8 a.m. and conclude no later than 2 p.m. on mutually agreed upon days. The Licensee agrees to pay the city, on a monthly basis, the amount of $12.50 daily rate for each patient for an individual session, or $6.25 per patient if in a group session. The payments will be submitted by licensee to the Recreation Programs Administrator no later than forty days after the end of the month.
