Summary Explanation/Background:
Lyon’s Park Neighborhood Improvement project consists of proposed drainage improvements which include two (2) proposed drainage outfalls. We currently have one of the required easements for one of the outfalls. The attached drainage easement is for the remaining outfall which is necessary to complete the design for this drainage improvement project.
The property owner located at 1731 SW 5th Ave will grant City the required 20-foot easement in consideration for a concrete boat ramp to be designed, permitted and constructed at property, which will be completed through our design consultant, RJ Behar who will be completing the drainage design.
