summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

Lyons Park Neighborhood Improvement project consists of proposed drainage and sanitary sewer improvements.  The existing drainage component that has already been designed requires a partial re-design for one of the two (2) proposed drainage outfalls as City was not able to secure this necessary easement.

As such, this proposed work authorization will permit RJ Behar to re-design one of the proposed drainage outfalls to be located along SW 5th Ave for which we were successful in obtaining an easement.  The total cost of $155,439.45 includes investigation, hydraulic analysis with design, permitting through USACE, SFWMD, and FDEP, specifications, final cost estimate, and public involvement.
