Summary Explanation/Background:
This is a second amendment to the agreement, with Living Water Surf School, LLC to provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals at North Ocean Park. The camp will be held at pavilions 4 and 5 located at North Ocean Park from June 3 - August 23, 2019. Living Water Surf School, LLC will pay the City $4,500 as compensation for the use of North Ocean Park pavilions 4 and 5. The first amendment agreement was adopted via Resolution 2018-127, which expires on May 11, 2019. The second amendment agreement to the license agreement is to extend the agreement for a one-year period, ending May 11, 2020.
