Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach and Limousine of South Florida, Inc. agree to extend the original Agreement for one (1) additional one year period, ending June 25, 2020. The Original Agreement was approved by Ordinance No. 2015-57 for a three (3) year term ending in June 2018. This is the second and final one year renewal of the contract between the City of Pompano Beach and Limousine of South Florida, Inc.
In addition to the term renewal, the City and the Contractor agree to amend the Exhibit A of the Original Agreement to reflect the current shuttle schedule.
