Summary Explanation/Background:
The License Agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc., is to grant them permission to use the City’s name and logo on letterhead, bills and marketing materials. These items will be sent to Residential Property Owners from time to time, and to be used in advertising (including on the contractor’s website). This will be on contractor’s sole cost and expense and all materials with City name and logo will be reviewed and approved by City prior to distribution.
Utility Partners Inc. will offer residential property owners the opportunity, but not the obligation, to purchase a service line warranty and other similar products set forth in Exhibit A. Licensee will pay a licensee fee and brand fee to the City as listed in Exhibit A.
