This contract with Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture, Inc. is for disaster debris recovery services. The City published an RFP (#E-18-19) where Crowder-Gulf was ultimately awarded primary contractor. Due to the current Crowder-Gulf contract expiring on September 15th 2019, this contract includes an emergency double reading of the Ordinance by Commission.
