The first amendment license agreement is for Payless Swim LLC, to operate a full-service swim shop serving all competitive aquatic services at the Aquatic Center.  The agreement is being extended one additional two-year period, ending September 18, 2021. The licensee shall pay the City $100 a month on the first day of each month.
