Aptim Environmental Consultants is working with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regarding assessment of the former Mobil site located at 698 S. Federal Highway, currently owned by MarineMax. Two (2) groundwater monitoring wells are proposed to be installed in City right-of-way along SE 7th St. adjacent to site. As such, the attached revocable license agreement is required to be entered into between City and MarineMax.
